It’s wonderful that grandma is spending the quality time with her granddaughter and teaching her the disappearing skills of not wasting anything . With all of the recycling that we do, we still waste very useful things. Most of us throw away the rind of the watermelon without any thought of making pickles. Yum! 😋

Гарне відео. А з шкірок кавуни виходять дуже смачні цукати Проварити шматочки шкірки кавуна в сиропі, на ніч дати настоятися і так разів 4-5, аж поки не будуть майже прозорі, а тоді на пергамент і в духовці підсушити. Ніхто й не скаже, що це з шкірок кавуна Ніби мармелад!
