Loved your reaction. As mentioned before; the man whose house they invade is their producer Darren Rust. The long haired guy opening the door is one of Tim's friends, the couple are the Fox and Hound, a very good musical duo (check their version of "We three kings", with Tim) and the elderly lady I believe is Rob's grandmother.

The guy whose home they invaded is Darren Rust, their producer and arranger for many of their videos. The couple with the baby are Reilly and McKenzie Zamber who had a hand, along with Jimmy Bates, in directing, filming, and editing this video. They perform as The Hound + The Fox and have done many songs with Adam Chance

That is their producer Darren Rust who also arranges much of their current songs and who also sings for a group called The Blenders. He was also in "Southerner In The Snow" which you watched and may recognise him from that video.
