@@chefgrandmacooking I understand, when you like a long cooking, but I like the Lamb red inside. And crusty outside. In my country the meat is always refrigerated. So there are no flies dropping eggs in the meat and we can eat it Red. In your country, you can probably not eat it Red. I prefer red. I was recently in Africa, and when I was going to the market, the meat and the fish was surrounded by flies. I only bought my first at the seaside, and for the chicken, I bought chicken that was killed when I was there. It is more healthy like that
