Healthy snack ideas for kids are sometimes hard to find. In this video Grandma Brenda discusses so called healthy snacks and what you can substitute them with.
Recipe:
1 1/2 C Crispy Rice Cereal
1 1/2 C Rolled Oats & 1/2 C Coconut Flakes Unsweetened (pulsed for a few seconds in the blender)
1/4 C Honey
1/2 C Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 C Coconut Oil
1/4 C Chia Seeds
1/4 C Ground Flax Meal
1/4 C Mini Chocolate Chips
Combine and press into a cookie sheet. Put in fridge to set up for a couple hours or overnight. Cut into bars or crumble into nuggets. Enjoy!
