Welcome to my new video! Today I'm sharing with you a very special recipe that my grandma showed me. This delicious meal always reminds me of the good times of my childhood. It's so delicious that I cook it every weekend. Join me in the kitchen and discover the secrets of this traditional recipe. Easy to prepare and full of flavor - perfect for a cozy family meal. Try it out and enjoy the nostalgic taste!
Ingredients:
Dough:
2 eggs.
200 ml milk.
200 ml. cold water.
120g flour.
Salt.
20 ml olive oil.
Filling:
500g potatoes
1pc. Onion
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
0.1 teaspoon pepper mixture
0.5 teaspoon salt
200 g mushrooms
Sauce:
1 egg.
100 g sour cream.
30 g tomato paste.
100g cheese.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
