Happy whenever I see you post. You should try the Korean 3 points W Comet D.Ring start. It's literally the same build you went in this game, but using early game runes to mitigate his weak early. His W level 1 will half health the casters making it easy to get control of the wave. Plus Comet, Absolute Focus, and Scorch can easily poke out the enemy. D.Ring and manaflow to mitigate his early mana problems, plus the AP buffs the explosion damage when his W hits a champion. Can either got Free Boots and Biscuits or PoM/Triumph and Bloodline. On first back they get Dark Seal into ER to buff AP on W, which does a surprising amount of damage. It's completely normal after that, with a Q, W, E max. The early seems strange but actually feels good if you can hit W's consistently. Alternatively, I saw a Trinity, Liandry, Shojin build. Not sure how good it is, but it was something different.

I wonder if Serylda's Grudge's slow is worth lower damage than LDR. Same for mobility runes like Phase Rush and Celerity. Use W when they're higher health for its slow, then chain slow with Serylda's. Massively enhance kiting and chase.

He's a full on caster ADC. Have seen a bunch of Smolders in ARAM, all were terrible, running stuff like Conqueror, Kraken Slayer or Rageblade. No clue why, since the E afaik does not proc on hits which would be the only reason to ever build that kinda stuff. Full on AD burst crit stuff is best, AP is fun, even bruiser works. Auto attack focused builds on Smolder are just strictly worse than on other ADC. I'd also go for Statikk over TFC, it nicely prepares minions for Q stacks and you really don't need the extra attack range all that much PS: Nevermind, why does RFC work on Q? That is kinda dumb

It's trolly, don't do it for real, not even sure if possible. Back in the day, Gangplank Q applied Hydra effects, including Titanic's next-auto thing. If the Hydra effect killed minions, it counted as a Q kill, granting bonus gold (hich had an interesting effect on Barrel damage as well, but not important for this). It stands to reason that Smolder's Q would proc the Tiamat/Hydra Cleave on the main target. Using the GP logic, if the Cleave effect from Q killed a minion, it should grant stacks to Smolder. Not super important but could make the stack farming from 25 to 125 a little easier. Any champion caught in the Cleave effect would also, in theory, trigger Dragon Practice from Q. Watching the video and trying to sort it out, Tiamat isn't better than Sheen/Reaver, obviously, but for Stack Farming, it is an interesting secondary item. By my math, having a Cleave would've scored you around 33% more stacks on average from Qing, which would mean that you'd hit the 235 burn/execute threshold by around minute 20. It's relying on successful stack farming, of course, but could be an fun/silly/thematic way to accelerate your path to that key breakpoint.
