In Canada, and especially here in Quebec, PFD’s must be worn at ALL TIMES on a boat…….Adults,children, old folks, everybody! Why is the state of Florida so lackadaisical about people’s lives?

If you cannot tell that this is in some international waters-please do not wear a life jacket so as to stop your gene pool. Maybe also look at a book containing the flags of other countries.

these are administrative maritime zones in France, Ba for Bayonne in the southwest and Lr for Lorient in Brittany in the west

I bet most are still in the double or even triple digit thousand dollars price range. I saw a previous video where I too thought "oh, I could probably afford that tiny boat" ... _nope_ it cost more than the literal value of my entire two-storey _house_ LOL. Boats are damned expensive!!
