Me too. Our adult son is a red panda lover and so I was inspired to get this! I really love these little Jungle Explorer sets! Happy building!

I love these cheap sets. I would like to suggest 2 that are so good at the same price point: 60428 - a small cool mech, crystals and the minifig here is usually available only in bigger sets 60376 - has a small build and 2 animals (seal and baby seal). I consider this one to be the best set at this price point I've seen in ages. The next price bracket up (20-30 euro) - these sets are a bit more expensive, but they are some of the best sets in their respective subtheme: 60441 - this is most likely the best space set in ages and a must buy for the city space series 60425 - has 2 crocodiles and a baby crocodile, and an awesome plane and sidebuild 60426 - a bit more expensive, but it's not too dear, and has an awesome tiger and van build 60438 - this and the next set are great if you want a floating ship (this one has sails) 60373 - this one has 2 boats! 60377 - yet another boat, not sure if it floats (should do) but it has 4 diferent animals (a turtle, baby turtle, stingray and a hammerhead shark) 60404- this small van has only prints, even though it's not a 4+ set. The prints are really good and useful.

Spent 4 hours this Sunday afternoon building the Viking Village. Didn’t get too far into the build as I was taking my time whilst watching a film and a few Netflix shows. Such a relaxing afternoon was had.

I have my eye on that village but I'm afraid I missed the 3-1 Viking boat. The idea of the village without a boat leaves me unsure. Do you have a companion viking boat to go along with your village?

@@tbsince1954 Unfortunately I didn’t get into Lego until long after the boat was discontinued. Fingers crossed they bring the boat back as it the Village would look good with boat. However, the Village is an enjoyable build and it’s something I never thought would appeal to me but it has. Loving your videos. Keep up the good work

@@stucody Thanks for the report on the Viking Village. I really, really love the Lego sets not tied ti IP (although I love those as well!) and so I think I'm going to have to grab this set. And thanks for the encouragement on the videos. As long as it's fun I'll do them, and so far, it continues to be so!

I also like the set. The ATV is a little too modern for Johnny thunder but I like the look of it.

I think this Johnny Thunder is moving away from the pulp jungle hero and more towards the eco-warrior. But I like the idea of a jungle explorer theme being revisited with a modern eye. A lot of potential there for story telling.

I agree. I noticed the handgun in the original version of the minifig is not there in the modern version. I think your observation is spot on--eco warrior Johnny! I love it!

Cheap sets are also great if you get into alternate builds .I have already built 4 mocs out of the white rabbit and I need at least 2 more . I some how have a slight probelm most people don't have .When I build something I like Ican't bring myself to take it apart.

@@dansmith8872I have the same problem, I don’t want to give up my MOCs. But how’s this idea: Take lots of pics of each one from all angles, set them up in order from left to right on a display shelf, and when it fills up then disassemble the first one on the left and move them all one spot leftwards.
