Didn't the Quran say the prophet (s.a.w) would die a natural death? Also didn't before marrying Ayesha the prophet (s.a.w) had a dream where jibreel brought Ayesha and said that this is your wife in this world and in the Jannah, if she would have done this horrible thing, why would she be his wife in Jannah? If she forcefed the prophet (s.a.w) a "substance" then why when the prophet (s.a.w) was about to pass away, he spent most of his time with Ayesha? And another incident was when the prophet (s.a.w) was doing his ibadah and a companion of the prophet didn't want anyone to disturb him so he was guarding the area and asking permission for the prophet pbuh to let people enter, when Abu bakr wanted to meet the prophet (s.a.w) he said for him is Jannah I don't remember exact narration but you can search it up

Omar said: "I think that if I collected all them under one qaari' (reciter), it would be best and optimal, so gathered them under Abi bin Ka'b. Then went out I with him the other night and the people were praying with the qaari' (reciter). Omar said:" *What an excellent bid'ah* (i.e. innovation in religion) this is; and the prayer which they do not perform, but sleep at its time, is better than the one they are offering. He (Umar) meant the prayer in the last part of the night. The time people then used to pray in the early part of the night.)

We said, "He dislikes the medicine as a patient usually does." But when he came to his senses he said, "Did I not forbid you to put medicine (by force) in the side of my mouth?" We said, "We thought it was just because a patient usually dislikes medicine." He said, "None of those who are in the house but will be forced to take medicine in the side of his mouth while I am watching, except Al-`Abbas, for he had not witnessed your deed."

Imam Ali (a) never pledged allegiance to him at all even in sunni books it says he didn't for 6 months as for the shia beliefs, what actually happened was, since RasoolAllah (s) had taken covenant/promise from Imam Ali (a) to practice patience during the calamities which shall befall upon him and not to raise the sword after the martyrdom of RasoolAllah (s) so when umar and rest of them came to attack the door of Lady Fatima (a), they were still afraid of Imam Ali (a) retaliating and killing them then aisha came in and put fuel in the fire by saying, go ahead, Ali wouldn't do anything since he has pledged it to RasoolAllah! Then after umar kicked the door of Lady Fatima (a) which happened during a split second and Imam Ali (a) was compiling Qur'an at that time, as soon as he saw that,Ali (as) leaped and pulled ‘Umar’s clothes, then he pulled him and wrestled him to the ground, fracturing his nose and neck and was about to kill him. had it not been for a Book from Allah and a covenant entrusted to me by the Messenger of Allah (s), you would have come to know that you are not such who would enter my house!” then they put a rope in the neck of Imam Ali (a) and pulled him disrespectfully. Imam Ali (a) was still patient due to the pledge he had pledged to RasoolAllah (s) and they brought Imam Ali at the mosque where abu bakr was and asked him to give allegiance to abu bakr but Imam Ali (a) still refused. Although majority of Sunni sources indicate that Imam Ali (AS) finally pledged allegiance to Abu Bakr, and he became one of the main supporters of the system, the reality is otherwise, as according to many companions and later on historians, Imam Ali (AS ) never pledged allegiance to them and refused to present any sort of legitimacy. According to unanimous narrations by both groups (Shia & Sunni), after the attack on Imam Ali's (A.S) House, the Imam (A.S) was tied and dragged to the mosque, as he was asked forcefully to pledge allegiance to Abu Bakr. Imam Ali (A.S) refused and he was threatened to be killed, but since they knew killing the Imam (A.S) is literally impossible and would cause more harm to their purpose, they decided to use another method. According to historians, Omar and others pulled the Imam (AS) toward Abu Bakr and Abu Bakr came toward the Imam (AS), Omar suddenly pulled the hand of Imam Ali (AS) in a split second and placed Abu Bakr's hand on top it and shouted: "O 'everyone, Ali pledged to the new Caliph." Therefore, even during these tense and sensitive moments, Imam Ali (A.S) refused to give any kind of legitimacy to the new system, as he refused to pledge his allegiance to Abu Bakr while saving the stability of his society.

I would have sided with Ali (RA) HOWEVER…. as FOLLOWERS OF ALI IBN ABI TALIB (RA) SHOULDN’T WE ALSO FOLLOW HIM IN HOW HE TREATED AISHA (RA) even after their battle?? The didn’t make takfir on her…. There are hadiths according to which Muhammad's companions along with Ali had to drag him around after he ate that poisoned meat. And it's not illogical to believe that a poison may take 3 years to take effect, especially if, as Muhammad, the victim only ate a little bit and then spat it out.

His murderer is a tyrant and the son of a tyrant and an illegitimate son and a descendant of an illegitimate son and a hypocrite and the son of a hypocrite.” Muhammad Baqir Al-Majlisi writes: “The strong view is that it is authentic (Sahih).” [Kitab Sulaim, page 363; Mir’at-ul-Uqul by Al-Majlisi, Volume 1 page 120] Muhammad Baqir Al-Majlisi writes: “Al-Ayyashi (the author) narrated with an authentic chain to Imam Ja’far As-Saadiq (a) that A’ishah and Hafsah administered poison to the Prophet (s) and made him a martyr.” [Hayat-ul-Qulub by Allama Majalisi,, page 1191] Abd-us-Samad Ibn Bashir reported that Imam As-Saadiq (a) said: “Do you know whether the Prophet (s.) died or was murdered? Allah says: *“If he dies or is killed, will you turn on your heels?” (3:144)* He was poisoned before he died. The two (A’ishah and Hafsah) gave him poison before his death.” We said: “These two and their fathers (Abu Bakr and Umar) are the worst that have been created by God.” [Tafsir-ul-Ayyashi, Volume 2, Page 224] *(SUNNI REFERENCE)* Dawud Ibn Yazid Al-Adawi reported that he heard Ash-Sha’bi say: *“By Allah, the Messenger (s) was given poison,* Abu Bakr was given poison, Umar Ibnu l-Khattab was killed in patience, Uthman Ibn Affan was killed in patience, Ali Ibn Abi Talib was killed in patience, Al-Hasan Ibn Ali was given poison, Al-Husain Ibn Ali was killed in patience, so what do we have to expect after them?” [Al-Mustadrak of Al-Hakim, Hadith 4395] We have proofs from the most prominent sunni book as well i.e bukhari, Narrated `Aisha: We poured medicine in one side of the Prophet's mouth during his illness and he started pointing to us, meaning to say, "Don't pour medicine in my mouth." We said, "(He says so) because a patient dislikes medicines." When he improved and felt a little better, he said, "Didn't I forbid you to pour medicine in my mouth ?" We said, " ( We thought it was because of) the dislike, patients have for medicines. He said, "Let everyone present in the house be given medicine by pouring it in his mouth while I am looking at him, except `Abbas as he has not witnessed you (doing the same to me). [Sahih al-Bukhari 4458] Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, said, "Were I to swear by Allah nine times that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, had been killed, that is more beloved to me than swearing once that he was not killed, for Allah Almighty took his Prophet and made him a martyr." Hadith "حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، وَزَادَ، قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ لَدَدْنَاهُ فِي مَرَضِهِ فَجَعَلَ يُشِيرُ إِلَيْنَا أَنْ لاَ تَلُدُّونِي فَقُلْنَا كَرَاهِيَةُ الْمَرِيضِ لِلدَّوَاءِ‏.‏ فَلَمَّا أَفَاقَ قَالَ ‏"‏ أَلَمْ أَنْهَكُمْ أَنْ تَلُدُّونِي ‏"‏‏.‏ قُلْنَا كَرَاهِيَةَ الْمَرِيضِ لِلدَّوَاءِ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ لاَ يَبْقَى أَحَدٌ فِي الْبَيْتِ إِلاَّ لُدَّ ـ وَأَنَا أَنْظُرُ ـ إِلاَّ الْعَبَّاسَ، فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَشْهَدْكُمْ ‏"‏‏.‏ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.‏" Narrated `Aisha: We poured medicine in one side of the Prophet's mouth during his illness and he started pointing to us, meaning to say, "Don't pour medicine in my mouth." We said, "(He says so) because a patient dislikes medicines." When he improved and felt a little better, he said, "Didn't I forbid you to pour medicine in my mouth ?" We said, " ( We thought it was because of) the dislike, patients have for medicines. He said, "Let everyone present in the house be given medicine by pouring it in his mouth while I am looking at him, except `Abbas as he has not witnessed you (doing the same to me). @Alhassanlad who is her ? İf you read true story then u ll see prophet ( s.a.v) eat the meat or just chew and spit it back and he did not die but as a rule of sunnatullah of Allah never chanches . So certen death is delayed for prophet s.a.v but at the end it is claimed he died out of this poisin when it was his time to go back to Allah . I am very suprised how shia are using sunni books and even trying to misinterpret with our book . And unfortunately some sunni scholars doing same too. Before relegion we need good heart and honest mind . Dean is not something that you can.play as u like . So since sunni books speak about Ali r.a and they say he was right which is my thought too and we stop there not inventing things any further and create a myths about him .
