Granger Community Church upgraded their sound installation with two Lawo mc² consoles and associated IP infrastructure. Granger’s system now features a 48-fader mc²56 console handling their front of house duties, and a 40-fader mc²36 console for monitors. Both consoles as well as all audio I/O (including two mc² Compact I/O stageboxes, a DALLIS modular I/O and a A__digital8 AES-to-IP interface) are connected to a Lawo Nova37 Plug&Play IP audio router, resulting in an IP “cloud“ solution which provides all consoles immediate access to all sources.
Granger’s Production Director Tony Staires states, “We were looking for a system that provided excellent sound quality and reliability and had the flexibility to expand and grow with us through the years as our requirements continue to evolve. After a thorough evaluation of a number of different competitors, including live demos, the decision was made to go with Lawo based on the amazing sound quality, flexibility and expandability. Support was also big consideration for us, and Lawo has been great to work with in that regard.”
