No way! I did the same thing with the tinsel and clear balls I picked up from my local dollar tree! I did a red and silver theme and put a bunch in a big bowl for a small centerpiece on my dining room table. My 4 year old daughter helped me fill them up and we raced to see who could fill up their ball the fastest… I may have let her win a couple times 😝

I found luck using a 3.5 mm hook for my normal yarn from walmart. I might go to 4 and do the finishing off at the top though as it was snug

I know others have said about getting the clear baubles at Walmart but all our Walmart has is, the shaped clear. And small baubles not even 3”. Does Amazon or other craft stores offer a set of either 8” or 12” Baubles?
