You can modify this pattern with the size you would like, make sure when making the chain that it's a multiple of 3
Steps:
1. Chain 18, make 1 single crochet on the second chain from the hook and continue making one single crochet in each chain. You should have 17 single crochet stitches.
2. Chain 3, turn your work. The chain 3 counts as a double crochet. Skip one stitch and make 3 double crochet stitches in the next stitch. (Skip 2 stitches and make 3 double crochet in the next stitch) , repeat these steps 3 more times until you have two stitches left. Skip one stitch and make one double crochet on the last stitch.
3. Chain 3, turn, and make one double crochet in the same stitch. (Make 3 double crochet stitches between the next two 3 double crochet groups.) Repeat these steps four more times. Make 2 double crochet stitches on the top of the chain 3.
4. Chain 3, turn, make 3 double crochet stitches on the first space. (Make 3 double crochet stitches between the next two 3 double crochet groups.) Repeat these steps two more times. Make 3 double crochet stitches in the last space. Make 1 double crochet stitch on the top of the chain 3.
5. Repeat step 3
6. Repeat step 4
