The plaintiff says the defendant is her son's ex-girlfriend and mother of her grandchild. The plaintiff gave the defendant a loan to help with rent. However, the defendant hasn't yet paid it back, so the plaintiff is suing. The plaintiff's son is also suing the defendant for car payments and auto repairs. The defendant denies owing her ex or his mother a dime. The defendant is countersuing her ex for an unpaid loan.

I see why the son has to have the mom di everything for him. He was struggling building up his story. I believe the plaintiff that the defendant is such a bad liar that she tells on herself. She definitely threw her case from talking too much. Judge really tried to help her stfu. But they knew what she was before taking her in. Folks gotta stop helping folks who don't want to help themselves.
