I lost my husband on Dec 14th 2020 from stage 4 bladder cancer. I am learning new routines, cooking less, learning how to live again, I am glad he was saved before he died. That helps me to heal but the sadness is great thank you Jesus for holding my hands and heart in your hands . You are a joy to watch and your advice means so much. Love Sherry❤️❤️❤️

He went in the hospital in November not knowing what was wrong and we found out he had stage 4 cancer. Got covid in hospital and died 4 days after going into ICU. Bless u all and thank you Granny

You are so active. I have a suggestion about cutting avocado. Used a butter knife instead of a sharp one. My granddaughter came to visit me one time. She wanted cut an avocado. I did not wanted her to use a sharp knife. I came up using a butter knife. It cuts same way as a sharp knife but it is safer. Ps What oils do you have in your spray bottle. You can buy those spray bottles at Sallys

I lost my husband of 22 years. I try and go on for him. He's no longer here. His life in this world is over.. Were still here for a reason and they wouldn't want us to not live our best life.. It's not easy, but knowing I will see him again makes it seem better... Take one day at a time and be good to yourself.. hugs

Thank for asking that bread was Dave's organic Bread and I put half of the avocado on each slice of bread...Use the bread you like also it tastes yummy if you add a spoonful of salsa in the avocado. enjoy !
