I love watching Claire play competitive golf. Always surprised at how little the “KZbin Golfers” today don’t recognize that Golfholics (Mike, Big Cat, Claire and Paris etc) were some of the pioneers of course vlogs. Those matches are super entertaining.

Claire , it is so funny you describing imagining the best possible shot with any club before hitting a shot . This mental exercise changed my game unbelievably a few years ago when I started doing the same thing . When you ask yourself that question your brain immediately pictures the shot in your mind which puts me in my artistic mode of playing instead of being too mechanical minded . So many times I have pictured a 7 iron flying toward the green and using the given slope to release right next to the hole . It is amazing how exact we hit shots that match our mental picture prior to hitting them that are perfect replicas of what we imagined .

Just had a dope moment watching the video. Grant went to hit an iron and he swung!!! An ad came on right before he made contact with the ball and the iron cutting thru the air without hearing the ball strike sound was something I've never heard before and IT WAS AWESOME!!! I played at Baypoint last week in Florida first time ever golfing on Bermuda shot a 78 had fun I felt like I’ve never putted or read Bermuda greens and that may have been my best putting not the best ball striking but I really enjoyed it!
