About the best KZbin golf player in the UK. Close call on Matt Fryer though, cause he is also solid stud with Andy Carter, who I think would smoke all other Britt KZbinrs day in day out. Grant should take on Andy at Dubai!

Peter’s swing is a thing of beauty. I’ve always wanted to low flight my wedges. I can do long and mid irons but never a wedge. My miss is a high left pull and now know why. Peter should give Rick Shiels some lessons.

Being honest with ourselfs and working on making our weakness a strength will set us well on our way brotha. Another great video.. I'm in this same boat and this helped me a lot. Thankyou for ur time×
@tomguy3308 Жыл бұрын
i hit the wedges low and spinny and i’ve noticed how grant talked about being afraid of being steep but your angle of attack ( how low to the ground you release the club) has to be steep in order to hit them low spinny wedge shots. basically there’s a difference in a steep angle of attack and steep shaft plane . (you can be super shallow and take steep divots)

That was some primo content..great job gentleman. It was amazing to see Grant's transition with his hands, in the last minutes of his IRON swings, to see how his hands were staying engaged longer into the downswing, even through impact, rather than going skyward. (with good results).

@johnbrown-wi6zy Жыл бұрын
Slowing down the swing is the key Grant, you attain more shaft lean when you slow the swing down, when swinging normal you will see you stand up quicker,when slow swing you stay down longer and compress that ball. pete swings slow. loved it from both of you great content.

How do good golfers get better by being humble enough to listen to very smart people. Kudos to Grant for being coachable and just applause to Peter for such a delicate touch in instruction. As a person who very much draws the ball, same issue with the right miss on wedges.....what I've found is unfortunately when you start adding in that much loft the ball doesn't turn like it might do with lesser lofted clubs so if you present the same path/face ratio on a wedge it doesn't get back to the target
