The tips from you and from racketflex are pure gold. By watching you guys and learning to use my legs, hips and body rotation I eliminated my tennis elbow. It is absolutely effortless and put massive power in strikes. Thanks a lot from Brazil.

I love your energy! Your video editing is awesome, too! I’m relearning my forehand and backhand for that effortless power and I can’t believe how much power a relaxed arm, relaxed swing and relaxed grip can generate. 👍👍

Hi, just discovered your videos and I like them, but do you really want the tip of the racquet facing forward when you start the backswing? Thiem used to do this, but he's since changed because on fast courts it took too long to complete this motion. Thanks.

Hey Grant Thank you so much for the awesome tutorial. I had one key question. are the horizontal shoulder adduction and flexion both one motion? like movement in y and x direction that results in a swing line with a slope of 1(or motion in a 45 degrees angle)

how to grip the racquet for this sort of forehand topspin?

Why would a player want massive topspin unless they like to rally All day. It slows the ball from point A to B. And it looks wacky like Rafa. I'd rather hit just enough to get over the net or hit flat and have the ball jet through the court. Djok and Roger don't hit massive topspin cause you never see their opponents receive their groundstrokes above their waist or bellybutton.
