Till 1:40 whats the need for doing all this when one can directly remove the spots with the healing tool. Is there any usecase by doing it in this method?

You dont wanna ruin the whole skin to remove some spots. By diing that you will be able to see which ones needs to remove and which not.

Not the best retouch for models, because some skin issues are still visible. Wouldn't use it for really important and expensive photoshoots, but for high speed retouch - that's a good one! Nice combination of quality and speed, i def will use it for some of personal or side photos on photoshoots. And a pretty good basis for deep retouch later
