Graph/Plot digitizing in MATLAB

In this tutorial, the program grabit will be used to digitize a figure extracted from a book/paper. After that, the function interp1 (1D interpolation) will be used to create a continuous interpolated line from digitized data.

Video was recorded using Matlab R2022a. So, for earlier MATLAB versions, the procedure could vary a little bit. However, result must be similar.
