Sorry to say but answer for question number 1 is wrong, the right answer is 90, Bcz there is 15 combination of 4 vertices and each connected subgraph have 6 possible distinct cycles. So 15*6=90.

Try to write 6 cycles for simple undirected graph, half of them will be same..

Bhai ek sath sare vertex ko imagine karo ab {1,3},{1,3,2}se milkar edge bana lega Aap kewal unhi ko imgine kar ho {1,3} ke sath jiske sath edge nahi ban sakti par but total vertex to 2^n hai na
