Hi Shamin, This all-out 02:00 advertisement was made with 3D Studio 3 for DOS operating system. The first version of this 3D software was released in the year 1988. You may google it. I had done this course in the year 1992 from CADD Center in Chennai and had created a fighter jet, back then as a practice project. This software used to come in 12 Floppy Disk of 1.44MB each.

No squash and stretch is different thing it used to show anticipation and flexibility but the animation he is talking about called snap or frame by frame animation technique

That animation technique is called blur frame, or we just blur the part that is moving fast. It was done after the animators observed live footages of 8mm films and saw so many blurs in them.
