On this day in 1961, the Soviet astronaut Yuri Gagarin made the first orbital flight around the Earth, and in 2021 it will be 60 years since this event. On April 12, 1961, Gagarin overcame gravity on spacecraft Vostok-1 and flew around our planet in 108 minutes.
The first astronaut was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union. Let's draw this cute astronaut and celebrate one of the most significant events in the history of mankind.
