I would say you would have a horizontal asymptote giving a domain of (-infinity, infinity) and the Range is [1], the limit as x approaches -infinity is -infinity, and as x approaches +infinity is infinity.

Wooa! I just hit on it now! Do not bother. I just thought better of it. For the first case, y = - 3; so, it is not dependant on x. Hence, we are safe to say the range of values starts from - 3 since y is - 3.

I just realized that four is included, I was only thinking of 2x-5 as an individual function, 4 is included because of the second rule in the piece wise function my bad.
