I would like to implement my own subgraph! Can you share the spec?

There's nothing to share. As explained in the presentation your subgraph is simply a GraphQL schema for your own API. It is only when you combine it (fusion your schema with some other schema) with other schemas when you are going to need to use the tooling provided in order to make a super-schema incorporating elements from both. The fusion specification describes how you can customize that super-schema so that you expose merged types and generate optimal query plans.

@@petermelnikov682 hmm, it was supposed to be released later last year. So far it hasn't become public. I presume you already read Chillicream's blog post about Fusion. All I can say is that there is work being done towards this goal
