If Pufferfish does not show up in Grasshopper make sure it is Unblocked. Depending on your firewall and security settings, .gha files may be blocked when you downlod them. To unblock them, right click the .gha file, go to Properties, Check the Unblock box at the bottom, hit Apply, then OK.
