Why?! Why on earth would you spoil this place by inviting the public to traipse all over it, trashing it up and damaging it?! It's bad enough the way the locals have marked up some of the cave's walls. Outsiders will care even less. The ONLY answer that makes sense when no others do is "money." Someone stands to make a chunk.

Good luck. It's mostly family-owned, and has been in those families for generations. Not saying it's impossible, but you'd likely have to pay way more than market value. Sentimental value > market value EDIT: Then again, money DOES talk.
