I absolutely love the way they drop out of The Other One into Me and My Uncle then charge right back in. Mind bending. I think they did that once or twice or thrice more (who knows, I’m sure someone other than me knows).

My friend, go here for a Truckin>Other 1>Big River>Other 1>Eyes>Other 1>Wharf Rat. Check out Jerry and Keith on FIRE to close out Big River, then how they jump back seamlessly to Other 1. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gIGYnaqlm6p6p80si=c_wgHsoT8PpQS7Au&t=6049

How they go from acid jazz rock to cosmic country, seamlessly, is beyond words.

I may be mistaken, as it’s been many years since my cassette tapes days but im instantly convinced that I had this on a bootleg tape…. most likely from Dr Ian Hosch or the late great easy rider Mr Matthew Burrow. RIP Matty Matt I love you brother swing low sweet chariot and sing a birdsong to me if you would please. Grateful for your love and brotherhood. Death does not separate or divide love.

Me and My Uncle have a gangster vibe in 70-71. Jerrys playing really gives it that feel

This is an absolute treasure! The audio is stellar, and the performance is……what can one say? It is as the creators intended- no part is flawed or regrettable- to call it perfect is understandable but disrespects other stellar performances. Never the same way twice - hence the incomparable magic that is the Grateful Dead. Blessed Be!

Anyone have a link to the complete show? It’s got the best Deal and Loser ever. I’ve got a tape of this someone gave me in the 80’s of the original KZFR broadcast, and I’ve looked for a better quality copy forever.
