I too have a great love for the Dead “AP” (After Pigpen)…yet I’m 63 next week and didn’t get to see them until 76-80. But man, was that a fantastic four years‼️ But in all these years of listening to the “GOAT Jam Band” … my favorite period is still from the beginning when they were “The Warlocks” (64-65?) up to Pigpen’s Passing into the Eternal 27 Club on March 8, 1973. RIP Ron McKernan‼️ ❤🌹☠️😢
