Jonathan, I'm so grateful for having discovered you and your authentic, wise words. I was immersed, yet again in my own drama, believing I am responsible for everything. I know it's a familiar pattern, and it leads to suffering. Your reminders help to shift this and remind me this is a phase and it will pass. Stay well

Just exactly what I needed . Thank you so very much. May you recover completely from this lingering URI. I have a feeling I'm gonna listen to this one again and again and share it with all my friends and family. ❤

Thank you Jonathan, I wish you a speedy full recovery from covid. Your talk is very powerful. I am going to encourage my son to listen to it. He is a a spiral of constant worry, he says it's silly stuff he is worrying about but losing sleep and the worry cycle is getting him down. I have encouraged him to look for the positive in his day, I don't know whether he does. Your explanation of how gratitude can shift things is simple but effective through the support meditations. Blessings to you and your team.

Thanks so much! I know how debilitating worry can be ... and I think when we get a sense of the 'science' of it, we might remember the practice more often. At least that's what I hope for myself! Best wishes.
