My favorite fact I’ve ever learned: the punching things makes people meaner/stay angrier then if you just sit and let it go. The study did a thing where they got the participants angry, then had one group punch the pillow and one group not; then, asked the groups to fill a cup with hot sauce knowing that an anonymous person would have to drink the whole thing. The pillow group filled the cups all the way for the most part and the no pillow group just did a few drops or none.
