I agree about fall. Its my fave too. Winter is too cold, summer is miserable, and spring is too cold in the beginning and too hot at the end so you only get a few weeks of good weather and it usually rains like cats and dogs during that time so you can never win!

I think she glued them there. you can buy yards of tassels at the fabric store for cheap and from there you can just get some super glue
