i had an accident with some asshole on an e-scooter and the beginning of june which resulted in a nerve in my thumb being seperated. now i cant grab with the same force anymore and haven't ridden my bike since then. i'm so fucking depressed because it will take more months to gain back my grip strenght. thanks for uploading a new vid where i can feel like i'm riding my bike. even though i am not as fast as you dude :D keep it going, all the best for you and your loved ones

Save your knees. Use the lowest gear ratio that you are comfortable spinning. If I could go back in time I would have never used a high gear.

I put FSA Adventure bars ($40!) on my Trek 520 recently. I like them so much I'll probably put them on a few more bikes. Perfect amount of drop, perfect amount of side flair, and flat tops.

I didn't ride any bikes for a few years, I used to ride road, fix but mostly mountain. I didn't even know what a gravel bike was, but I saw one in Bike Fix NYC, it was a Cannondale Topstone 4 mostly stock. As soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted it. I instantly was attached. Now I'm a courier with a gravel bike, something you may not see often here, but I have my front and back rack, and I be smoking e-bikers and even weekend warriors all day on my shit. Love the bars automatically. Mad versatility.

It's a fixed gear, basically your legs are the breaks as the drivetrain doesn't coast.
