Duster, as suggested above, is probably the closest I can think of especially on the guitars here. Vocally and general vibe I want to toss in Bedhead, my favourite band. Most people here will already be very familiar with them, I'm sure. But just in case... stick on Bedside Table and fall in love. edit: oops, 3 years late.
