have to explain something here. When we are talking about an accident, we are not talking about the exterior of the cars. That's fixable by replacing spare parts such as fenders, doors, etc. We are talking about the frame on which the car is sitting. Once the frame is damaged by pulling it, no matter what you do, it will be damaged. Unless you want to replace it, you might as well open up your own auto manufacturing.

The process here is so simple. You should have a sale contract. Export certificate from RTA, your ID, and driving copies, and your residence address. The most important is to check your country's process for receiving the car. It's my pleasure to meet you

Check the USA car import duty after that you can buy it and ship it to the USA. In India the import duty is 2x of the original price of the vehicle so it's not worth it.
