Repro exhaust to sound & preform as factory...LOL! I remember finishing a 67' barracuda with a stupid wicked 340. Came off the headers to an "X" created with two flanges (so we could un-bolt left or right) in 2 3\4 back to "thrush hush" turbo mufflers (remember those?) Out over the rear end to the the rear in 2 1/2...why? Well, no emissions on pre '75...but ya still had to pass db levels. I came in at 84 db @ 15ft idle...LOL! Passed! Tester asked if I wanted to try 2500rpm. I said sure. As I brought it up in rpms, he screamed "Shut it down!" apparently I pegged his HC meter...ahhh! Apparently a 340 built from the direct connection manual won't pass emissions. Hehehehe! I miss that car.

Yep, Vanishing Point; I remember that movie well. We were at the Super 220 Drive In Theater below Altoona, PA in 1971. Three of us buddies were in my dad’s 1960 Pontiac Bonnieville convertible. You could hide people in the trunk and they could crawl up to the back seat through the boot. We were splitting a pepperoni pizza. Carl was doing defensive eating by taking a bite out of one of the slices in the box. Yes, the girl on the cycle was memorable for some High School kids!!! Two years later, I was at the same Drive In, but with my girlfriend in my new 1973 340 Cuda. Oh to be 18 years old and driving a new Cuda!!!!

My first car in 1977 was a 1968 Charger. I had to sell it cause the tranny was slipping. A few years later I bought a 1974 Charger. Both very nice but I wish I had the ‘68 again.

What a Great Show, but I the story line of Darren Josh Mark fighting and arguing and trying to out do the other has gotten old the hostility seems to be following the Orange Comty Chopper. I love the knowledge but the verbal and physical violence I can not sllowvin my house.. As aResult pur ho e us unsubscribing. With no intent of watching any of your videos again.
