For future reference from someone who likes to bake. You dont gotta mix cake batter for 2 whole minutes. Once it's all mixed. Like no dry spots. You're good to go.

Something that helps, GREASE YOUR PANS! Even Gelatin, use a bit of oil to grease the pan so things come out of your molds more easily, do NOT do it with butter though unless it's cake.

I put baking paper in the mould/ pan and spray it with canola oil so I can pull the Baking paper out and take the cake off

Friendly tip: butter 🧈 your baking pan BEFORE you put in the batter. If you don't have butter, you can use oil.

At first, take a silicone mold for this kind of detailed cake or chocolate brick. And than the mold neds to be creased for a proper removing. However, the best idea would be not making big bricks but many small bricks and then building a kind of a ginger bread house for Xmas.

Graveyard Loon, with the molds what you could have done is you could have sprayed some Pam or oil in it so the Lego could come out not sticky or stuck inside the mold it could just easily pop out and then you got a perfect Lego cake that is not broken perfectly smooth but not perfectly smooth but you know so now you learned a new lesson "Use Pam or oil once you make a Lego cake that is blue like a Smurf. "

Butter chocolate is the hardest so you’re so did Hershey’s but the microwave is radioactive power. It uses radioactive to like heat stuff up. You must start the process.

tip even if you do grease you're pans when making cake like you did here don't try to rip out the cake unles it sticks to the pan place it on a plate of something then use a mallet or you're hand to hit the pan like you do when making a sand castle
