@@erdogane.8045 Yes and we shoot wild horses, goats, deer, foxes, pigeons, starlings, sparrows, exotic ducks and anything else that doesn't belong here. Why? Our environment has evolved isolated for thousands of years and when foreign species are introduced the whole ecology is altered in a negative way.

@@erdogane.8045 Please, if you want to kick us then research the cruel and senceless government sponsored slaughtering of dingos by large scale aerial bait dropping using 1080 poison. They are a native species our government is wiping out. That is something Australians should all be ashamed of. Otherwise you have no right to comment on something that you obviously know nothing about. If you bothered to do a bit of research on the impacts of feral species, especially cats have not only on our wildlife but also our environment you might not be so quick to condem. Our wildlife life is unique and special to us, and once it's gone we can never get it back. You can't capture and rehome every feral animal but the ones that can be are rehabilitated and rehomed wherever possible. Otherwise humane Lethal removal is the only option.

That is not the issue we have feral cat's also that breed and kill native wildlife in the lands and national parks, cats are in introduced pest! At best a cat will only kill one or two mice a day we are talking about billions of mice and a single female mouse can produce 250 babies a year so multiply that by 30 weeks across 3 million female mice and you see the result. The mice plague came about because of the rain, warmth as its still warm here for almost winter and harvest time the perfect storm.
