Where is the accountability of courts? If High Court says the lower court "overlooked" the overwhelming evidence against the accused and wrongly acquitted him then why shouldnt the lower court be tried for negligence or criminal conspiracy?

Pradeep Sharma took money from Sachin Vaze to kill the original owner Hiren.
