While I love both versions of this song, I love this raw version better. Not only is it so calming, but it's also sung by the character's seiyuu and not by a substituted voice which is how the full version was done. That feature to me has always made any character feel more real, Anime or not. (As an example: Jodi Benson as the voice of Ariel and Thumbelina with both speech and song in one voice.) Years ago before watching this series, I knew that Shindo's seiyuu could also sing very well (did some on the side character songs for him) and became confused when it wasn't his voice during the on stage performances. Not sure why they felt the need to substitute it with another voice. Still don't know after re-watching the series.

Yamaguchi, Kappei. He does the voice of Inuyasha, Ranma (Ranma 1/2), L (Death Note) and Usopp (One Piece) just to name a few as he had voiced many characters over the previous four decades.

That's the name of the Anime made back in 1989. Ranma and his father become cursed when they each fall into separate ponds in China while training their martial arts. From then on, he becomes a girl and his father becomes a panda when drenched in cold water. The only way to change them back into their real forms is by pouring boiling water on them, but that doesn't cure them of the curse. It's becomes a fairly funny Anime near the end of the first episode with 160 more following it.
