When it comes to the sabres, what they should be looking is a top-4 RHD and a veteran forward that can potentially play in their top-6. The two players I think they should look into are Bryan Rust and Adam Larsson.

I think Frost fits what Calgary wants perfectly. Centre(granted not right handed,) 25 years old and he could fit in the top six.

As a Seattle fan I love Gourde, but being realistic Gourde long term would likely be a 4C for us as we want to try and develop Wright and we committed so much to Stephenson. While he’s been a great 4C for us, he can be a good 3C for another team, and I don’t think we can realistically resign him as a 4C, so I’d go ahead and trade him, especially if we can get a 1st, and wish him nothing but the best and thanks for everything he’s given us.

Hawks can defend just fine. Not WELL, but fine. Their issue is they can't score. So I wouldn't mind a Morgan Frost trade, but at this point it's a lost season. Give me Porter Martone

On Dvorak: at this point the Habs are happy to just let him walk. It's gonna be an extra 4.(something) M$ back on the cap, that's the tradeoff. Honestly I'd be surprised Hughes gets anything better than a 7th rounder for him.

Frost seems like he should be a 45 to 50 point player watching him as a Flyers fan over the years he seems to be Disengaged at times on the ice . that is kind of the Flyers history having that ok young player who they trade away and that player they traded has a career some where else .i think Frost a couple years ago his name was in rumors going to the Wild too

This is probably the worst dvorak has ever looked.. he looks lost with skilled players and has no idea what to do when he's on the ice at the same time as hutson.. he hasn't been good in either end this year.. Just looks lost. Most likely he won't be traded.. they won't be able to get anything.

As a Flyers fan I am so annoyed at how the Flyers have not used Frost. The team is not a serious competitor, so why not play the guy? Instead, you show the entire league you don't value the player which drives down his value.

Hes been really passive on zone entry, and seems unable to utilize his speed. Speed and puck skills were a big reason why he was drafted, so for him to be lacking the skills he was drafted for hes definitely not someone we want to hold onto. Philly is hurting for centers just as much as Chicago, so it says something that Philly is willing to trade him.

Defintely not a habs fan, I think any team should be SUPER interested in Dvorak. He's on an expiring deal, he's VERY responsible defensively and NEVER has defensive lapses, he wins over HALF of his faceoffs and he even has 20 goal potential! Why wouldn't anyone want someone you can throw on the wing, center, AND the special teams! Come on GMS come get Christian Dvorak! But he won't be on the market much longer... hopefully
