Mika and Bose have always had feelings for each other that they had yet to explore them because of the 'superheroes can't fall in love' rule; in this context (meaning superheroes can't be with each other). Which means they're free to fall in love with anyone else but are having a hard time accepting the fact it can't be them.
Brainstorm/ Bose is always getting attention from others girls which makes Mika jealous but she refuses to believe that's why it bothers her, but everyone, besides Bose, knows that it's because she's secretly in love with him. So when Mika starts to get attention from another boy(Miach), she let's herself finally be able to reciprocate those feelings for Bose onto that Miach. Bose starts to notice Mika's new found crush and now he's the one that finds himself wondering why he didn't like the idea of Mika with someone else. The jealously they both feel goes back and forth between them. Mika is still denying that she's in love with Bose, however, Bose thinks he's ready to be honest about his feelings for her.
Schwoz uses the 'like-a- nator' on her and they find out that Mika's already had deeper feelings for someone else before Miach (it's Bose ofc). They slowly decided to accept that fact that they're in love with each other and right when things are going well for them, they remember the rule and try to hide their relationship from Ray. But the pressures getting to them, so after some time, they tell Ray. He doesn't take the news well and gives them a choice, Danger Force or each other. Which causes Mika to walk out on her relationship with Bose.
Ray was sure that was the right thing to do, but he see's that they're miserable without each other and thinks about how great of a team Shoutout and Brainstorm were, despite having hidden feelings for each other all along. So after some thought, Ray let's them know that just this once they can break the rule because no matter what, they're still great superheroes on their own but even better ones together.
Finally, Mika and Bose are ready to explore their full potential as a couple without anyone, anything, or a stupid rule getting in the way.

@@fruity3693 Charlotte and Henry were never one sided. And just because they bicker doesn't mean they aren't 'lovey dovey'; every couple bickers and has fights. Plus it was already implied that Charlotte and Henry have a small crush on each other. There are different types of couple dynamics that can happen including a couple that argues a lot: such as Jade and Beck from Victorious. This type of couple dynamic is actually the most popular.

I'm more on the #Bapa/#Chose ship, because I believe they have more admiration for the other in their diferences. However I do have to admit that I don't dislike this two, I'm not just as into them. And I do think that up until now they have more chances of happening, because the wtiters seem to be pushing more this ship in particular; at least for now. I do have to say though that no one will ever replace #Chenry. They actually lost a wonderful opportunity there and I don't think they'll get it back even if they play with other shipps.
