@@jahwejr.7784that’s why in the recent video Adamus taught about releasing the old stories and stuck energies that we held on our energetic field. 😂. The only thing that we, human self, do is just witnessing/observing without resistance or conclusion/label/ judgment to any kind of experience brought to us and allowing the releasing process to happen smoothly. Our souls will take care of the rest. When we release all burdens to the soul, that’s freedom!😀
