Admittedly I got into it a bit later, like around the time the final season was airing (mid 2015 was it?) but that show was really good and underrated too. Its actually translated to "come let's meet again, and the heart will get exited, yes we'll meet again in a beautiful daaay" We don't use a different word for will and just add a syllable so that's why it sounds short, and like, different words. And some sentences are backwards, hebrew is weird

Slovak person here, Slovakia hasn't dubbed Gravity Falls at all. And even if it has, it's really hard to find as we don't have any national versions of tv channels like Disney channel, Disney XD, Nickelodeon or Cartoon network. For example, Phineas and Ferb dub in slovak does exist, but it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to find it.

@@callmeween it did. Alex Hirsch can't do the voice on his own - there's a video of Alex Hirsch showing off characters' voices, Bill's voice doesn't sound the same. He totally DOES use some effects on bills voice

@@callmeween well, that counts as an "effect" too. You have to edit the dub on pc in order for it to sound like that. Some countries didn't even do that tho (ex. Czech - in this episode i think they did use special effects, but in Dreamscaperers for example, his voice is... Well... Plain)

I'm supposing it has to do with the languages themselves, and also some dubs are NTSC and some are PAL as those countries use different audio systems for TV, and the European and Asian dubs are where this is most noticeable as well
