The free movement stuff you're doing is fabulous and probably everything you need, but I'll bet Gray would say to just get down on the floor and find out. If you can't do one of the four (each leg leads, each arm leads), in both directions (supine to prone and back), you'll know right away. But the beauty of this is, once you get it, which could be as quickly as a few minutes, you'll have it. You could re-test once in a while to make sure it sticks. Can't hurt to test it!

Very interesting its like pealing an onion and going to the core.So i just wonder after you go on the floor and find one side weaker.What do you do? How many sets and reps and do you add more for the weaker side.

You bet! And it might be totally easy for you. Some people struggle, some have no problem at all. I struggled. :~) But like I said, once you get it back... it's easy again.
