I don't think he means "worst" in the way to mean Hanssen wasn't skilled at their methods. I think he means "worst" as in the guy's character is bad. Like he's basically calling him a bad person

The movie "Breech" is one of my all-time favorites..When I say I've watched it 20xs (with all the commentary) since I bought it, is only a slight exaggeration. Listening to this however varies a bit from the movie/commentary..I was under the impression there was a better relationship with Hanssen. Anyway..Incredible story..loved it!!! I would love to know Eric's thoughts on the current FBI top tier...seems to me Robert Hanssen shouldn't be the only one that got a prison cell where he died.

So past documentaries make it sound like Hanssen was flashy. But Eric made a comment he drove a “Old beat up Ford Focus” or paraphrasing. Point is, I’m guessing Robert drove a old beat up car intentionally to chaff & redirect.
