Great piece of Video Jesse Waugh I don't know how the fuck I never ran into this video!! This shit takes me waaaaaaaay Back!! Never saw GRAY again after '96. I even wrote in different spots in the L.A River "Gray where are you? Hit me back" LOL! He was a cool homie. After you got into TKO you stopped writing GOK. Why? TOOMER was the cool dude and a Beast! I remember a '2mer' piece he did and a '2tsie' piece he did behind the sears tower. SOLOE was a funny motherfucker lol. Wonder what happened to that guy. When he would do a piece, he would be a perfectionist! We be like "let's go fucker!" haha good times. Another good dude to me was SPAIR from DFW & TKO. Wonder what happened to him too. If you guys are still around the Los Angeles area, hit me back. Would be cool to hangout again one day. GRAY and SPAIR back then got me into buying a Walkman and earphones to listen to our favorite cassette tapes! They never left the house without the Walkman! Good video again Jesse Waugh. I wish I would have recorded some of this stuff from back then. All I used back then were those disposable cameras to snap pictures. I had a FAT ALBUM full of EVERYBODY's pieces who would be known from back then. Now the only memories I have is whatever's left from that album and of course, Google Image lol. There are days were out of nowhere I just want to take a walk to the L.A River just to reminisce. Even the smell of the River is what takes me back! Good times. Graffiti of the 90's was the shit to me. Ok I'm done lol Shout out GOK and K2D! 👍

This is great seeing such old history nationwide that made its way to the midwest from the left coast. Seeing him emerge even more from the oldschool, while I was just beginning was great. Seeing him build a nice powerhouse crew was impressive. Plus, he's got a control with the can you can see from miles away. Much respect. -4dfw-.

@rgw1380rw3 жыл бұрын
Sometimes the over processed tags are hard as hell to read. To be honest, Gray has the same hand style as a writer that was up in NYC that went by FRAY. In my opinion, Fray had one of the best tags that I would always see back in the 90's. If you check out some classic NYC footage, you'll most likely come across Fray's big tags. His shit was very clean.
