I wanna mention something teal quick. Its gonna get into science but bear with me it gets better. At some point gray does start throwing things as fast as light speed. I wanna mention that if this happens, the air molecules are practically stationary at this point which move around a couple hundred meters per second. The chainsaw would be moving so fast that the air molecules would be compressed into the chainsaw so hard it would actually fuse with the chainsaw. Basically by throwing a chainsaw at light speed you've effectively turned the chainsaw into a powerful fusion bomb instantly vaporizing anything within a kilometer and destroying a city fortunately. Unfortunately most people would die instantly and experience no pain at all. But hey, you've destroyed a city and probably started a nuclear war.
