But a light-speed heart rate needs to have an infinite blood pressure to supply blood to it. You know, for every meta-human power that exists, there also has to be secondary, supporting powers to keep the primary power from killing you whenever you use it. For example, super strength is nearly useless unless you have at least equal support for your bones & bone structure, otherwise you would shatter your own hand from a punch or your spine would fracture & split if you tried to lift heavy weights.

For about a second this might be almost okay because a lot of it is fairly flat, but then you would hit rolling hills and then mountains which would: A: compress you into them with a g-force which would obliterate both you and the mountain, or if you were somehow able to aim perfectly for an extremely gentle ramp up; B: due to forward momentum and such a high rate of speed, you would simply launch into space. Depending on the time of launch you would pass the moon in 4 minutes, or pass the sun in 28 hours. Fun facts!
