i think the art, animation, and music are all awesome which is why the gameplay being pretty bad most of the time sucks because it has so much potential to be really good but they just had to EA it all up but that's not what we're here to talk about.

I personally think, that the gameplay is really good. I really like some concepts of the new plants, but the microtransactions destroys the game. Since you have to grind upgrades(if you don't want to buy them) for plants(which wouldn't be really that bad idea, only if it was more utility based, then direct upgrading). So this makes the game more annoying and harder. But I think it's still kinda good. I play it from time to time. But I'll still prefer the original. But the potential for PvZ2 to be even better was there. Just EA ruined it.
