Grazing cereals? Drilling and lambs

Grazing winter oats with sheep is it the right thing to do? Also looking at oats just starting to grow and sorting out some mixed up lambs. #organic #lambs #oats

I was told grazing winter corn encourages tillering. Organic cereal is looking well.

I think it does help tillering but I think we were a bit late for that effect on the oats. It was a bit too wet when we really wanted them on so just a bit of extra grazing at the moment.
